Processing Time
It will take at least one week for your order to be ready for shipment. This time may change at any time based on order volume at the time. Please check the notice board for the latest approximate processing time.
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive order tracking and shipping information via email. The order will arrive at the carrier within 2 business days after the label is created. Your tracking status will show as "Pre-shipping" until it is scanned.
Sometimes, carriers will waive receiving scans based on the time/location of our package drop-off/pickup. These packages will be scanned upon arrival at our local hub, not at our local carrier office.
Expedited Shipping and Delivery Guarantee
Please note that selecting expedited shipping does not mean your order will be ready for shipment faster. We process orders in the order they are received.
The shipping times and "estimated delivery dates" provided by the carriers are not guaranteed and are subject to individual carrier locations, weather effects, shipping issues, etc.
International Orders
If you live outside of the United States, please note that you may be subject to customs fees, duties, or other country-related fees depending on where you are ordering from. Madelyn Jackson is not responsible for these fees/charges.
Lost Orders and Filing a Claim
Madelyn Jackson is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If you suspect your package was stolen or lost in transit, you can file a claim with the shipping company.
We cannot refund or replace orders that are lost, damaged, delayed, stolen, or otherwise undelivered due to the shipping company's fault. Items marked "delivered" by the carrier are considered delivered, and refunds or order cancellations are considered delivered.
