Return & Exchange Policy
Madelyn Jackson does not accept refunds, only exchanges.
Store credit will be emailed to the accepted exchange form.
If you are exchanging for a new size/color/style, we cannot hold the item for you.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to Madelyn Jackson.
You will receive the store credit within 4 business days of receiving your package. Please email us to let us know your package is arriving soon, otherwise there may be a delay (Support@MadelynJackson.shop).
Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Because custom-made apparel is unique to the customer, we do not allow exchanges or returns.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, clean but not laundered (items with dog hair are not accepted), and have tags still attached.
You will need to place a new order using store credit.
When placing a new order using store credit, we cannot guarantee the availability of the style/color/size you desire.
